Foothills web Design is web site design and development services company owned and operated by Chris & Dawn Russell. We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains in Maryville, TN. We specialize in helping small business and organizations create a web presence that has a positive, effective and memorable impression.

Our foray into the world of web design came about by chance. Chris had experimented previously with web design on a personal site just for fun to chronicle his hunting exploits. when a close friend and owner of an up and coming ISP company mentioned in casual conversation that he was in need of a web designer to create sites for some of his clients with small businesses, Chris volunteered to give it a shot. Dawn came on board as creative support and subsequently learned the elements of web design as well. We also learned that we had a lot of fun building the sites. We enjoyed the creativity, but we also enjoy getting to know the clients and the wide spectrum of their businesses. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to start our own company.
